This product is a fluid grease free of asphalt and heavy metals. It has been specially additivated to provoke a physico-chemical reaction necessary to the running-in of the metallic contact parts. The product provokes a slight mechanical abrasive action together with a surface microflow and a chemical reaction tending to the steel elimination wherever pressures and temperatures are abnormally high.

The running-in lubrication of girth gears in different industrial fields such as cement, carbon industries, steel industry (kilns, dryers, grinders). It is applied by bubbling, circulating, or mixt (bubbling + circulating). It can be used whenever the correction of open-gear profiles is needed, either in case of a new one to improve the conditions, or used ones to eliminate the seizing or for the coupling of profiles.
